Shipping is FREE on all products in our store! Everywhere in New Zealand!

Can I view your products in person before buying?

We do not have a showroom for you to visit which helps us keep the prices nice and low. All product photos are actual photos of a device and, together with detailed descriptions, offer a good overview of each product.

Can I pick up?

Sorry, we do not offer such an option.

Who is your shipping provider?

We use New Zealand Post courier services. We try to book with overnight delivery where possible.

What are your warranty and returns conditions?

All devices have include 12 months warranty. You can find out more about our Warranty & Returns policies here.

Can you provide a Tax/GST invoice?

Yes we can, just let us know you need one.

Will I get a tracking number for my parcel?

Yes, we will email you a tracking link within 24 hours once your order is packed and ready for courier pickup.

Do you have any part payment options?

We absolutely do! We offer Afterpay and Zip as part payment options.
